Returns

You can return a product within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • The product must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • The return must include all original tags, manuals, accessories, and proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).

Please note:

  • Products that are damaged due to misuse, negligence, or not following the care instructions will not be eligible for return.

  • Certain items like personal care products, batteries, opened electronics, or customized items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number, product name, and reason for return.

  3. Once approved, we will provide instructions for return pickup or drop-off.

Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit.

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace the item at no additional cost.
